Throughout the ARDA Convention & Expo, industry executives share industry practices, gain knowledge of the most recent marketing trends and tools, hear state-of-the-industry updates, and witness firsthand the impact of timeshare industry on the global economy.
Panel discussions and educational sessions cover a wide variety of topics ranging from hospitality issues, fractional and private residence clubs, fundamentals of finance, cross-industry developments, green management, and e-media trends. Networking opportunities abound over the multiple day convention and exposition.
This is an exciting new development in ongoing efforts to strengthen relations and education between the hotel and timeshare industry and our respective professional trade associations.
Scholarship funds covers airfare, lodging and convention registration up to $1250 per recipient. Airfare and lodging expenses will be reimbursed by ARDA upon submissions of receipts following the convention. Note: Scholarship reimbursement does not include other related expenses.

- Recipients should have been an ISHAE member for at least a year prior to eligibility. (2017 applicants must have been an ISHAE member prior to 1/1/16)
- Recipients must complete the application in full and submit by deadline.
- Recipients will attend a majority of convention educational sessions to be eligible for reimbursement of funds.
- Priority is given to first time recipients. Priority Order: state executives, international members, associate members.
- Recipients agree to contribute a brief article for the ISHAE newsletter on their experience at ARDA Convention and Exposition.
- Recipients will be announced in March 2017 -- Scholarships must be used in the year in which they are received.
