Member records are maintained as long as an individual is an ISHAE member. Purchases and credit card transactions are retained for as long as appropriate to meet contractual, tax, or auditing needs.

Email Policies

Refund Policy
Membership is non-refundable.
Conference Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued provided written notice of cancellation is received at least one month prior to the date of the conference.
- A refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be issued for cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the date of the conference.
- Inside of two weeks prior to the start of the conference, no refunds will be issued.
